Content Management System
The Content Management System is a component that may be built into a web site. It allows the owner of the web site to change and update the content of the web site through the use of a simple editor.
The administrator merely logs onto the web site, navigates to the page to be changed and opens the editor. A full range of editor tools (such as alignment, font size, picture uploading) is available and makes the updating as easy as working on a word processor.
The administrator may publish the changes immediately or delay them for publishing at a specific time.
The CMS thus allows you to maintain your own web site and have changes published at your command.

An extension to the Leave System, the Performance Management System allows for regular performance management reviews to be conducted and recorded. It allows management to see that perfromance reviews are indeed being performed and what the cumulative results are.

Also an extension of the Leave System, the Succession Planning System keeps track of career reviews and actions plans per employee. It allows management to plan strategically around staff skills and gives staff the confidence that the company is indeed interested in their aspirations and development requirements.

As the name suggest this system allows an organisation to log and manage leads, requests and action items.
It allows items to be captured and then allows designated users with different roles to log actions against the items.
