Customised Internet-based Systems
The Internet is an extremely cost effective platform that can be used to monitor, control and maintain accountability of staff actions in organisations where physical activity takes place in multiple unconnected locations. A head office might for instance want a system that allows staff memebers at branch level to take accountability for specific actions (such as tax related reporting or compliance with standards).
An Internet based system can be implemented to continuously capture the actions at branch level and thus give head office a view of actions with escalation of non-compliance. Information is thus gained at two levels:
1. That actions are in fact being performed
2. What the cumulative result of the actions are at (for instance) branch, regional or national level.
A further possible application of Internet based systems is where multiple different parties need to have real-time access to the status of real-world actions (such as order fullfillment or delivery status)

Intranet/Extranet Development
Further extending the business case for a corporate web presence often results in the addition of an intranet and/or extranet to a web portal. Corporate Web Services implement innovative intranet solutions that enhances the centralisation and dissemination of data and information.
Integration
Making business sense with a company's web presence often means that data from operational systems needs to be made accessible to users of the web site in a safe and secure manner. This allows our customer's customers to access and/or submit information to the customer's systems. Having customer's interact directly with operational systems via a web portal requires careful planning and design in order to allow the web portal to "fit into" the existing business processes. In this type of development, Corporate Web Services will first analyse the business process(es) involved in conjunction with the customer before embarking on delivering a new solution.
Application Development
Applications are programs written specifically to execute or “run” on a personal computer or internal network (as opposed to a web application that resides on a central web server and that is accessed via a web browser). Application programs normally have a specific purpose that requires it to run locally rather than over the internet. Applications are also used in conjunction with web based intranets/extranets/applications to extend or enhance a web based system.

Specialised Excel Development
Microsoft Excel is used widely in business processes and in many cases the business processes evolve around Excel sheets. This often results in the challnge to encapsulate business logic inside the Excel sheet so that tedious and cumbersome tasks can be automated and ultimately done quicker/more secure/with better control.
Examples of adanced Excel applications include budget consolidation, where multiple individual budgets may be completed and then merged into a single summary.
